Refund policy

At Yangua Wellness, we take great care in providing high-quality consumable products.

As a safety measure, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items due to health and safety regulations. However, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for a refund or replacement.

If the product is unopened and in its original condition, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in resalable condition, and any packaging must remain intact. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee for consumables returned without packaging.

All return requests should be submitted via email to support@yanguawellness.com.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment form, and processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
