WHEN TO TAKE NRG

THE CARNOSYN® DISCOVERY
The benefits of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine supplementation for muscle endurance and muscle fatigue were initially discovered by Dr. Roger Harris. Having spent years researching and patenting the benefits of creatine for muscle building, Dr. Harris turned his attention to muscle carnosine. Dr. Harris began testing other ways to increase muscle carnosine and discovered that ingested CarnoSyn® beta-alanine combined easily with naturally occurring histidine to form muscle carnosine. After testing histidine levels in the body, he determined that the limiting factor was the level of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine. It turned out that most normal diets do not include enough naturally occurring beta-alanine to increase athletic performance.
